HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

We are seeking a high‑impact HR Business Partner to join our coffee manufacturing site in Lviv. As a core member of the site leadership team, you will co‑pilot the Plant Director and production leaders, shaping the people agenda to drive sustainable performance, operational excellence, and workforce stability.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to production leadership, enhancing organisational effectiveness and productivity.
• Lead performance management, capability development and leadership effectiveness for line managers.
• Own employee‑relations strategy, managing complex cases and maintaining a constructive labour environment.
• Collaborate with Centres of Expertise (Compensation & Benefits, Talent, Learning & Development) to adapt global HR programs to local needs.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and capability development for critical manufacturing roles.
• Ensure compliance with Ukrainian labour law and internal HR policies.
• Analyse HR analytics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and translate insights into business actions.
• Lead communication and culture‑building initiatives to strengthen engagement and continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence organisational outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labour legislation and HR best practices.
