About the role

Skelar, a venture‑builder behind consumer‑focused tech products, is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager for its Duomo app – a Christian‑tech platform that helps users turn Scripture into daily habits. You will own the creative strategy and testing for key user‑acquisition campaigns on Meta.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh creative concepts and emotional angles for acquisition campaigns.
• Write scripts, hooks, and copy that capture attention and drive action.
• Produce detailed briefs that translate ideas into clear production directions.
• Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to align creative output with testing needs and performance goals.
• Analyze creative performance data (CTR, CPA, CVR) and feed insights back into new concepts.
• Monitor trends, competitor creatives, and platform behavior to keep output differentiated.

Required profile

• Strong copywriting instinct and ability to craft attention‑grabbing hooks.
• Clear, structured thinking to turn ideas into actionable briefs.
• Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) as part of the creative workflow.
• Curiosity about performance metrics and why creatives succeed.
• Self‑starter attitude capable of managing workload in a fast‑moving environment.
• Basic understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and CVR is a plus.
