Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

MGID is seeking a senior Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead and evolve its global email communication strategy. You will own the end‑to‑end process of designing, automating and optimizing email journeys that engage prospects, clients and partners throughout their relationship with the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine MGID’s global email marketing strategy.
• Plan, execute and monitor campaigns across all lifecycle stages: lead nurturing, client activation, product adoption, retention, reactivation, upsell/cross‑sell, product announcements, newsletters, webinars and events.
• Build automated, trigger‑based journeys for advertiser, publisher and internal audiences.
• Define performance metrics, analyze results and optimise campaigns based on data and AI insights.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product marketing, content, design, sales and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in B2B email, lifecycle or CRM marketing.
• Proven ability to design automated, trigger‑based journeys and improve segmentation and personalization.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data‑driven optimisation.
• Self‑starter who can identify opportunities and turn them into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• HubSpot (workflows, lists, segmentation, properties, campaign automation).
• Automation platforms such as Make, Zapier or n8n.
• API integration and webhook implementation.
• Experience with AI‑driven marketing tools and LLM‑based personalization.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, GDPR, CAN‑SPAM and consent management.
