Content Operations Specialist

About the role

BetterMe, an all-in-one well-being ecosystem, is looking for a Content Operations Specialist to manage content projects and the workout content production process for its mobile app. The position is full-time and remote.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content projects and the workout content production process for the mobile app.
• Coordinate multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Create clear, detailed briefs for cross-functional teams involved in content production.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders by coordinating timelines, assigning tasks and resolving day-to-day issues.
• Structure, organize and visualize information using Google Sheets, Confluence, Jira and Figma.
• Ensure content delivery meets product and business standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in content project management in a commercial company or non-profit.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors, including task management, brief creation and deadline tracking.
• Strong systems thinking, with the ability to optimize workflows and understand project dependencies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to handle competing deadlines and fast-paced environments.
• Upper-intermediate (B2) English or higher, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Understanding of the health, fitness and active lifestyle industry; a plus is experience creating or managing content in health and wellness, with digital product content, large cross-functional teams, or a passion for fitness and sports.
