Affiliate Manager – Remote (Ukraine)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Affiliate Manager to lead and expand our partner ecosystem. Based in Ukraine and working remotely, you will drive high‑quality traffic, optimise affiliate networks and media buying channels, and contribute to the global growth of an award‑winning brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the affiliate network by recruiting new partners via outreach, affiliate platforms and media buying channels.
• Monitor daily performance of affiliates, campaigns and traffic sources to meet ROI and KPI targets.
• Analyse campaign data to uncover optimisation opportunities, trends and new growth areas.
• Negotiate commission structures, CPA/CPL/Revenue Share terms and bonuses.
• Collaborate with creative and media buying teams to align marketing materials with affiliate strategies.
• Track, report and analyse results using tools such as Google Analytics, Voluum and Everflow.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and brand standards.
• Suggest and test new traffic sources, media buying strategies and partnership models.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing and/or media buying, preferably in Forex, finance or gaming.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make performance‑driven decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with partners and networks.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• Affiliate tracking platforms (Everflow, Affise, HasOffers).
• Google Analytics.
• Excel.
• Voluum.
• Experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, native and programmatic advertising).
