Consultant – Government & Public Sector

About the role

PwC Advisory is looking for a Consultant to join its Government & Public Services practice in Kyiv. You will support public‑sector institutions, development partners and private stakeholders in designing and implementing reforms that aid Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end delivery of consulting projects covering public‑sector reform, economic development and infrastructure preparation.
• Conduct functional and organisational diagnostics of public institutions.
• Support the development of strategies, concepts, action plans and implementation road‑maps.
• Perform feasibility studies, market assessments and analytical research.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other client deliverables.
• Contribute to proposal development by providing technical inputs and drafting documents.
• Assist project management activities, including coordination, stakeholder communication and progress monitoring.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, public administration, finance or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Motivation to work in a multinational, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint
• Proficiency in MS Word
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of MS Visio (advantage)
• Knowledge of MS Project (advantage)
