Talent Sourcer – Full‑time & Part‑time

About the role

Flyer One Ventures is a seed‑stage venture capital firm investing in European startups. We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to work closely with our portfolio companies and help them hire top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source talent for portfolio companies across tech and non‑tech roles.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Leverage CRM and talent pools to engage passive candidates and convert them into applicants.
• Prepare analytics for weekly status meetings with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with portfolio founders to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in talent sourcing.
• Practical knowledge of active sourcing tools and techniques.
• Understanding of various company types and operating models.
• Experience recruiting non‑tech positions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) is a plus.
• Upper‑intermediate English communication skills.
