Senior Learning & Development Specialist (Project Manager)

About the role

The Senior Learning & Development Specialist will serve as the primary L&D liaison for business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent teams in Ukraine, translating learning needs into tailored development solutions and delivering engaging training sessions both online and in‑person.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main L&D point of contact for business leaders, HRBPs, and Talent teams in Ukraine.
• Identify and validate learning needs and design relevant development solutions.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions (online and in‑person) on topics such as communication, feedback, goal setting, and presentation skills.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of training programs, including logistics, vendor management, contracting, and administration.
• Support L&D planning and monitor the local training budget in line with CE guidelines.
• Ensure rollout of the CE L&D curriculum, including local and language‑specific sessions.
• Promote learning opportunities and drive participation through clear communication.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve learning solutions.
• Contribute to local and regional L&D projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• 3+ years of experience in L&D or employee development.
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence working with groups.
• Proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and multiple priorities.
• Client‑focused, proactive mindset with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable balancing strategic advisory and operational delivery.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
