Senior Category & Brand Growth Manager

About the role

Join P&G’s Sales Operations & Market Strategy Team as a Senior Category & Brand Growth Manager in Kyiv. You will act as the local business leader for a top category in Ukraine, driving commercial excellence, brand growth and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans for the assigned category, integrating brand, consumer and commercial strategies.
• Serve as the authority on Ukrainian consumer insights, channel dynamics and customer needs, translating them into actionable strategies.
• Lead initiatives to increase net sales and expand market share across all relevant channels.
• Define communication priorities and shape the Ukrainian media plan in partnership with brand and media teams.
• Set and implement “must‑have” display and merchandising standards to improve shelf impact.
• Drive the Enhanced Business Planning (EBP) cycle, collaborating with sales teams to create joint business plans with key customers.
• Manage trade budgets and optimise spend across distribution, shelving, displays and promotions.
• Contribute local insights to influence Central Europe business strategies and category plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, key account management, category management or trade marketing.
• Experience in consumer understanding and brand plan development.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven approach with ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and manage cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
