Sales Operations & Process Specialist (French Speaking)

About the role

Join a leading smart‑lighting company to support commercial teams by handling client requests, managing order processes, and improving business workflows. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and collaborate across departments to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries related to production, supply, and order placement using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Analyze current business processes, identify optimisation opportunities, and model improved workflows.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy of commercial data.
• Collaborate with commercial units and other departments to understand product specifications and system requirements.
• Coordinate implementation of process changes across relevant teams.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and French.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to data quality.
• Ability to organise time, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently.
• Results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) is a plus.
