Sales Manager – Ukraine Market

About the role

As the Sales Manager for the Ukraine market, you will report directly to the Country Manager and become the primary point of contact for Ukrainian customers. You will shape and execute a strategic sales plan that expands GoodWe’s customer base and strengthens its market presence in Ukraine.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture sales opportunities in line with company strategy and financial goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distribution channels and strategic customers.
• Drive targeted sales engagement and strategies for key accounts.
• Maintain relationships with leading PV project developers to position GoodWe as a preferred supplier of power conversion electronics.
• Forecast, review and act on sales results to meet targets.
• Provide market feedback to product management and monitor industry trends.
• Implement the GoodWe brand strategy to reinforce market presence.

Required profile

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including public speaking.
• Strong network in the renewable‑energy/PV sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a commercial degree with high technical affinity.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with photovoltaic products, preferably inverters, in Ukraine.
• Strong multicultural competence and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
