Sales Manager – Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

About the role

inVerita is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive lead generation and guide prospects through the sales pipeline. You will act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, collaborating closely with Business Development and technical teams to ensure a smooth journey from first outreach to project handoff.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn and targeted email outreach.
• Manage all communications with prospects, from initial contact to qualification.
• Assess opportunity fit and advance qualified prospects through each stage of the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with Business Development and technical teams to align client expectations and deliver seamless handovers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
