Product Engineering Technician-3

About the role

Flex is seeking a Product Engineering Technician‑3 to provide technical engineering support for manufacturing processes. The role ensures smooth production, contributes to process improvements, and maintains up‑to‑date technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technological support to production according to the approved shift schedule to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.
• Participate in the implementation of new processes, identify root causes of product defects, and propose actions to reduce scrap and improve efficiency.
• Control and monitor technological processes, assist in solving production problems, and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Analyze production and process data to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and special process documentation (SPP).
• Ensure current technical documentation is available during work hours, including outside standard office times.
• Participate in analysis of potential product and material non‑conformities according to company procedures.

Required profile

• Technical education (completed or in progress) or at least 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of engineering principles, production processes, and product quality requirements.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and engineering data management systems.
• Basic English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Flex Flow.
• Experience with Agile (engineering data management).
