Product Engineering Technician-2

About the role

Flex is seeking a Product Engineering Technician-2 to provide technical and engineering support for manufacturing processes. You will help ensure smooth production, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in a modern, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engineering and technological support according to the approved shift schedule to maintain uninterrupted production.
• Participate in the implementation of new processes, identify root causes of product defects, and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor and control technological processes, assist in solving production problems, and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Analyze production and process data to drive performance insights.
• Develop, update, and maintain current technical documentation, including work instructions and special process procedures (SPP).
• Ensure the availability of up‑to‑date product documentation during working hours, including outside standard office times.
• Support analysis of potential defects and material blockages following approved company procedures.

Required profile

• Technical education (completed or in progress) or at least 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of engineering principles, production processes, and quality requirements.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and engineering data management systems.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with effective collaboration across departments.

Required skills

• Experience with Flex Flow or similar technical documentation management tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for engineering data handling.
