PPC Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven PPC Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns across multiple geographies. You will work remotely, collaborating with media, analytics, creative and CRM teams to deliver measurable growth for our iGaming and betting products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns from scratch, including keyword research, ad group segmentation and audience signals.
• Manage budgets of €50K+ per month, forecast spend, pace delivery and reallocate funds across campaigns and GEOs.
• Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies and audience segments.
• Diagnose performance issues using GA4, Google Ads diagnostics and internal BI tools.
• Collaborate on conversion tracking, S2S integration, Enhanced Conversions and attribution modelling.
• Provide briefs to the creative team for new ad assets and coordinate Customer Match strategies with the CRM team.
• Ensure compliance with gambling regulations in each licensed market and report weekly KPI performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with monthly budgets of €50K or more.
• Proven background in iGaming, gambling or affiliate verticals and understanding of regulated traffic economics.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence in GA4, Excel pivot tables or Google Sheets.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for cross‑team collaboration.
