About the role

The role evaluates candidates' proficiency in .Net frameworks and their ability to solve complex problems with .Net technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews and assessments for .Net developer roles
• Work with recruitment teams to develop interview questions aligned with .Net role requirements and industry standards
• Provide detailed feedback and evaluations of candidate performance to hiring managers
• Stay up to date with the latest .Net developments and trends

Required profile

• Strong technical background with extensive experience in .Net technologies
• Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring or a similar role is highly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Ability to give constructive feedback and handle interviews professionally
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
