Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews and assessments for PHP developer positions, evaluating coding skills, problem‑solving abilities, and proficiency with PHP and related technologies.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop and refine interview questions and assessment techniques tailored to PHP developer roles.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback on candidates' technical skills and cultural fit to hiring managers and recruiters.
• Stay updated with the latest PHP developments and frameworks to maintain high interview standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in PHP development, with deep knowledge of popular frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
• Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to give unbiased, helpful feedback.
• Proficiency in other programming languages is a plus.
