Logistics Operations Manager

About the role

The Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring end‑to‑end visibility of supply plans, monitoring delivery commitments, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee product availability across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with real‑time supply plan visibility and manage backlogs and backorders between sites and customers.
• Lead ERP and SAP process implementations, train users, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with customs, trade, and logistics regulations while supporting risk assessments and policy enforcement.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules, align them with S&OP processes, and manage supply‑chain KPI reporting.
• Facilitate supply review and demand review meetings, create SLAs, and coordinate resource‑constraint remediation.
• Collaborate with finance, global supply‑chain teams, and regional logistics functions to integrate processes and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, supply‑chain, or operations management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across multiple functions and regions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement projects and manage complex supply‑chain portfolios.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to customs and trade.
