Junior Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Junior Key Account Manager you will support the management of customer business while gaining hands‑on experience in commercial strategy, negotiations, category development and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of customer business and contribute to sales and market growth objectives.
• Analyze sales performance, category trends, customer data and shopper insights to identify opportunities.
• Participate in developing customer plans, promotional activities and assortment recommendations.
• Prepare business reviews, reports, forecasts and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams including Marketing, Finance, Product Supply and Customer Service.
• Support negotiations and customer meetings by preparing analyses, business cases and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify mutually beneficial solutions.
• Take ownership of specific projects and initiatives, delivering measurable business results.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in sales, trade marketing, category management, finance, analytics or a related commercial function.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Curiosity, initiative and a passion for business.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode from the Kyiv office.
