Junior Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Finance Manager to support daily financial operations. You will work closely with senior finance managers, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Process cost data, verify information, assign correct expense categories, and record transactions in the accounting system.
• Review corporate bank card reports, analyse transactions for policy compliance, and update the accounting system.
• Collect and validate invoices, ensuring completeness and timeliness.
• Prepare quarterly expense reports and ad‑hoc reports for management.
• Assist with period‑end closing and provide financial data for reporting.
• Support payroll processing, verify calculations, and record payroll entries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in finance, accounting, audit or related fields.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Native Ukrainian language proficiency and English at B1 level or higher.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Understanding of basic financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
• Familiarity with artificial‑intelligence tools applied to finance (advantage).
