Procure-to-Pay Specialist (French)

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions in Lviv as a Procure‑to‑Pay Specialist supporting French‑speaking markets. You will work in a hybrid setting, handling purchase orders, invoice issues, and supplier analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Resolve issues of parked and blocked invoices.
• Follow up on open purchase orders and invoice aging.
• Perform operational controls and health checks.
• Prepare reports and analytics on suppliers, spend, contracts, data consistency, and KPIs.
• Cooperate closely with market stakeholders, requestors, buyers, and accounts‑payable teams.
• Contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Intermediate or higher level of English and French.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow‑ups.
• Fast self‑learner and great team player.
• Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Open to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
