Accounts Payable Accountant – Finance Team

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions in Lviv as an Accounts Payable Accountant, supporting the Finance team with vendor payments and invoice processing in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pay vendors on time using market payment applications according to the payment schedule.
• Reconcile payments and analyse vendors’ open items daily to clear items.
• Prepare payment files and handle invoice processing, including tax code decisions and posting.
• Maintain vendor master data and provide internal/external reports to markets.
• Perform maintenance and reconciliation of vendor data.

Required profile

• Professional background in Economics, Accountancy, Finance or International Relations.
• Experience with international accounting and reporting standards.
• Knowledge of bank payment applications and invoicing compliance.
• Strong analytical, planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in English at least intermediate level.
