Head of Groupage Cargo Department

About the role

AsstrA is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to lead its groupage cargo department in Kyiv. The role covers leading and supervising a team, coordinating daily operations and taking part in market analysis and tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results.
• Supervise team performance and give constructive feedback and coaching.
• Coordinate daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow within the team.
• Facilitate communication between team members and management.
• Report on team performance and take part in strategic planning.
• Analyse the market and take part in tenders.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in the groupage road transport sector.
• In-depth knowledge of international freight transport and groupage cargo organisation.
• Experience managing a team and implementing effective solutions (an advantage).
• Able to build constructive communication with clients and partners.
• Results-oriented, responsible and proactive.
• English for business communication is an advantage.
