Logistics Specialist

About the role

ICON is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join its diverse team in Kyiv, Ukraine. You will manage the end‑to‑end logistics process, handling shipments, coordinating import/export activities and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and shipments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Physically handle incoming and outgoing goods, track shipments and manage returns.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation such as pro forma invoices.
• Submit import/export license applications and liaise with customs and couriers.
• Maintain logistics records, inventory counts and related study records.
• Provide reports to management and communicate timely updates to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Higher education.
• Fluent Ukrainian and upper‑intermediate English (B2).
• Strong Excel skills; 1C WMS knowledge is a plus.
• At least 2 years experience in logistics or customer service (clinical experience preferred).
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently.
• Available to work on site.
