About the role

The Finance Business Partner Director (CFO) is a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy across multiple markets in a complex, matrixed organization. Reporting to the General Manager, the role partners closely with business leaders and global finance counterparts to drive sustainable growth, disciplined value creation, and strong governance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the GM and senior leadership, providing forward‑looking financial insights that influence portfolio and investment decisions.
• Translate enterprise strategy into clear financial priorities, trade‑offs, and execution plans at market and cluster levels.
• Lead enterprise‑wide performance management, ensuring consistent financial rigor, transparency, and accountability across geographies.
• Shape and execute multi‑year financial strategies that balance growth, profitability, cash flow, and risk.
• Evaluate and guide strategic initiatives such as market expansion, M&A, restructuring, and capital deployment.
• Identify growth opportunities, productivity levers, and margin‑enhancement initiatives across markets.
• Lead integrated annual and long‑range planning processes, disciplined forecasting, scenario planning, and performance reviews.
• Establish robust KPI frameworks and dashboards to enable fact‑based decision‑making.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process simplification, automation, and digital analytics.
• Build, lead, and inspire a diverse, geographically dispersed finance organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and learning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive senior finance leadership experience in a multi‑market, matrixed environment.
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, M&A evaluation, risk management, and finance transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive enterprise‑wide performance.
• Strong governance and compliance expertise.
• Experience leading large, diverse finance teams across different geographies.
