About the role

As a member of the Customer Service team, you will support VELUX customers in Ukraine, including dealers, end‑users, installers, construction companies and architects. You will manage orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and ensure high‑quality service across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance via phone, email, ticketing systems, chat and face‑to‑face interactions in the showroom.
• Process customer orders and quickly prepare commercial offers using SAP and related systems.
• Advise customers on products, services and logistics, offering timely, solution‑oriented recommendations.
• Handle leads from initial contact through follow‑up, delivering expert consultations and conversion opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Keep CRM data up‑to‑date and perform administrative tasks linked to customer service processes.
• Collaborate closely with sales, after‑sales, marketing, logistics, finance and regional teams to meet KPI targets.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and partner meetings when required.

Required profile

• Completed professional education or equivalent, preferably in a technical or commercial field.
• Interest in technical products and willingness to learn new solutions and technologies.
• Fluent Ukrainian and good English communication skills.
• Empathetic, patient and positive attitude toward customers.
• Team‑oriented, responsible and organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
