ESG Intern (2030 Roadmap Support)

About the role

Miratech, a global IT services and consulting company, is looking for an ESG intern to support its ESG initiatives and help build its 2030 ESG Roadmap. The internship runs for 6 months, from April to September 2026, and suits students or early-career professionals interested in environmental, social and governance topics.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of the 2030 ESG Roadmap
• Structure and maintain the ESG evidence library
• Coordinate stakeholder requests and document collection
• Prepare inputs for legal and benchmark-related work
• Support documentation review and as-is analysis
• Consolidate interview notes, requests and findings
• Assist with data inventory, risk categorization and reporting templates
• Help prepare policies, training materials and internal monitoring tools

Required profile

• Strong interest in ESG, sustainability or corporate responsibility
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to work with documents and data and with multiple stakeholders
• Good communication skills, proactivity and ability to handle several tasks and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools is an advantage
