Clinical Trials Assistant, Single Sponsor Dedicated

About the role

The IQVIA Sponsor-Dedicated Clinical Trials Assistant team supports project teams in executing clinical trials. The role is full-time and office-based in Kyiv, Ukraine, and involves preparing and documenting clinical research projects across different therapeutic areas, including data management, study documents and correspondence with internal departments, research sites and the client.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative activities with the Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory and Start-Up teams to deliver a complete and accurate Trial Master File.
• Help update and maintain clinical documents and systems such as the Trial Master File that track site compliance and performance.
• Prepare, handle, distribute, file and archive clinical documentation and reports, and assist in reviewing study files for completeness.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and the tracking of Case Report Forms, queries and clinical data flow.
• Act as a central contact for project communications and documentation.
• May accompany CRAs on site visits after completing the required training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, or an apprenticeship in life sciences or office management, plus administrative experience, preferably in medicine or pharmaceuticals.
• At least one year of clinical research experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent Ukrainian (at least C1 level) and good command of English.
• Effective communication, organisational and planning skills; able to work independently and prioritise across multiple projects.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Data management and document handling.
