Data Analyst – Marketing Analytics

About the role

Leaply, a fast‑growing health & wellness platform, is looking for a Data Analyst to own and elevate marketing analytics for its Performance Marketing team. You will turn data into actionable insights that drive spend allocation, creative testing, and overall channel strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the marketing team to improve day‑to‑day decision‑making on spend, creative, and channel mix.
• Drive an analytical culture through training, self‑service tools, and enablement.
• Lead deep‑dive research on audience segments and their long‑term economics.
• Build and maintain an A/B test evaluation framework across funnels.
• Design monitoring layers for key metrics, dashboards, AI assistants, and alerts.
• Develop scalable data pipelines that combine marketing, product, and payment data.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure tracking quality and attribution integrity.
• Define team standards for tools, analytical approaches, and quality benchmarks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of analytics experience in consumer apps or digital products, preferably subscription‑based.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to decompose metrics and explain findings clearly.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of core marketing economics.
