Customer Support Agent - Car Shipping

About the role

AutoBidMaster, a global marketplace in the used and salvaged vehicle auction industry, is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Support Agent for its Logistics Team. The main task is to guide customers through the car shipping process and give excellent support when logistical problems arise.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers with online questions, issues and website navigation
• Answer orders and track them by email, phone and chat as needed
• Analyze and verify customer needs and manage their support requests
• Represent the company and encourage customers to order again

Required profile

• Strong English; Russian is preferred but not required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle stressful situations
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task in a fast pace
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
