Corporate Travel Specialist

About the role

Creatio is seeking a Corporate Travel Specialist to manage business travel for its global workforce. You will ensure smooth travel experiences, cost efficiency, and compliance with corporate policies while supporting employees across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Organize business trips, handling visas, tickets, transfers, accommodation, and related logistics.
• Research visa and travel regulations to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to secure quality service and competitive rates.
• Track travel expenses, monitor budget utilization, and prepare regular spending reports.
• Promote adherence to corporate travel policies and suggest improvements.
• Support implementation of new travel tools, systems, or vendors.
• Ensure compliance with global and regional travel regulations.
• Act as point of contact for travel‑related escalations and collect employee feedback to enhance services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate travel management within a global organization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse, distributed teams.
• High attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking systems such as SAP Concur, Amadeus, or Sabre.
• Experience in budgeting, expense reporting, and financial analysis.
