Compensation & Benefits Manager

About the role

MGID is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and local regulations. The role involves data‑driven analysis, market benchmarking, and collaboration with HR and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and manage global compensation and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Analyze market trends and conduct benchmarking to keep packages competitive.
• Assess financial impact of compensation programs and monitor KPI effectiveness.
• Provide guidance to HR teams worldwide on salary structures, bonus programs, and incentive schemes.
• Develop and monitor budgets for reward programmes and create dashboard reports on reward dynamics.
• Calculate variable pay, commissions, and bonuses accurately for various departments.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, financial controlling, FP&A, or workforce analytics.
• Proven experience designing compensation governance, budget controls, and salary review processes.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting large datasets and conducting audits.
• Experience in multi‑country organizations and understanding of cross‑market compensation challenges.
• Degree in HR Management, Statistics, Finance or related field; professional certifications preferred.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
