Commercial Development Manager – B2B Waste Services

About the role

CEMARK is seeking a Commercial Development Manager to expand its B2B waste services portfolio. You will build relationships with retail, HoReCa, FMCG and industrial clients, designing innovative recycling and collection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across multiple sectors and build a structured acquisition roadmap.
• Conduct market and client analysis to understand waste generation patterns and key waste streams.
• Design customized waste collection and recycling solutions, including on‑site containers, mono‑stream collection and reverse‑logistics models.
• Assess OPEX impact and ensure project feasibility together with technical teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, presentations and contracts.
• Develop long‑term strategic relationships and act as the main commercial contact.
• Define market entry strategies and contribute to portfolio development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scale solutions and identify expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business development or B2B sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication and commercial mindset.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to build solutions from scratch.
• Analytical thinking for scenario development and OPEX assessment.
• High ownership, proactivity and patience for long‑term projects.
• Intermediate English (verbal and written).
• Experience in waste management, logistics or industrial services is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
