Bank Relationship Management Team Lead

About the role

Skelar is seeking a Bank Relationship Management Team Lead to own and expand its banking infrastructure across more than 30 operating entities. You will shape the bank and fintech partner strategy, ensure resilient payment flows, and lead a dedicated team in a fast‑growing venture‑builder environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group’s banking network, ensuring account availability, diversification, and resilience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Define and execute the bank and fintech partner strategy, including sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
• Build a structured pipeline of banking partners and drive proactive outreach to secure new onboarding opportunities.
• Manage account‑level risk and diversification to guarantee uninterrupted payment flows.
• Support corporate restructuring, annual KYC updates, and data maintenance in coordination with stakeholders.
• Design and deliver treasury infrastructure (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FX, deposits, hedging, investment modules) for operating companies.
• Negotiate fee structures, FX rates, and credit terms with banking partners.
• Collaborate with Payment Operations, Finance, Legal, and Corporate teams to align banking solutions with business needs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the relationship management team, establishing scalable processes for partner sourcing, due diligence, and onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, banking, or IT companies operating internationally.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, cross‑border transactions, and multi‑currency payments.
• Proven ability to prioritize, organize daily tasks, and manage strategic initiatives independently.
