Back-Office Manager (B2B Sales, Industrial Equipment)

About the role

We are looking for a Back‑Office Manager to support our B2B sales activities for industrial equipment. The role will be based in our Vinnytsia office and will ensure smooth processing of customer inquiries, documentation and internal coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare commercial offers, sales invoices and contract documentation for customer inquiries.
• Generate primary sales documents such as orders, shipment paperwork and accompanying documents.
• Maintain client communication throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post‑sale support.
• Work with CRM systems and electronic document management tools.
• Coordinate internal processes and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales or customer support, preferably in industrial or technical equipment.
• Proficiency with office software including Excel, Word and CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics).
• Familiarity with public procurement platforms such as APS Tender or SmartTender.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to organise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
