Account Manager – Client Relations & Project Coordination

About the role

Join.To.IT is a Ukrainian outsourcing company delivering software solutions across diverse business domains. We are seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain long‑term client relationships while coordinating multiple concurrent projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients across several simultaneous projects.
• Manage client expectations, clarify priorities and ensure alignment between business goals and delivery.
• Coordinate project execution with engineers, business analysts, designers and business development managers.
• Support Scrum processes, including sprint planning, progress tracking and delivery follow‑ups.
• Monitor workload distribution, team allocation and project profitability.
• Handle invoicing, milestone tracking and payment follow‑ups.
• Maintain operational reporting using Excel and internal tools.
• Participate in presale activities such as scope clarification and estimation coordination.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an account management, delivery coordination or junior project management role within IT outsourcing or outstaffing.
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects or contractors (5‑10+ simultaneously).
• Strong English communication skills (Upper‑Intermediate/B2+).
• Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and balance competing priorities.

Required skills

• Excel for operational and financial reporting.
• CRM/ERP or project tracking systems.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Upwork platform (or similar freelance marketplaces).
• Basic technical understanding of software development lifecycle (frontend, backend, mobile).
