Senior IT Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract top engineering talent across Latin America. You will partner closely with hiring managers, design innovative sourcing strategies, and drive hiring decisions for hard‑to‑fill technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical roles, from market research to offer acceptance.
• Proactively source candidates for challenging engineering positions using tools, communities, referrals and market insights.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, provide strategic guidance and recommend optimal hiring approaches.
• Interview candidates, evaluating technical expertise, motivation, communication and cultural fit.
• Ensure a fast, clear and respectful candidate experience at every stage.
• Track and analyse hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
• Experiment with AI recruiting tools, automation and new sourcing methods to increase efficiency.
• Stay informed on technology trends, talent market shifts and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience for software engineering or technical roles in an international environment.
• Proven success finding hard‑to‑reach technical talent through multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of modern tech stacks and ability to discuss them with candidates.
• Excellent interview skills and ability to assess both technical and cultural fit.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and using data‑driven insights.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms and structured hiring workflows.
• Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance sourcing and productivity.
• Analytical mindset comfortable reading metrics to improve results.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication.
