Senior IT Recruiter

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team and lead the hiring of engineering talent across Latin America. You will partner closely with hiring managers, design innovative sourcing strategies, and drive data‑focused recruitment decisions for complex technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full hiring cycle for technical positions in Latin America, from market analysis to offer acceptance.
• Source hard‑to‑fill engineering candidates using tools, communities, referrals and market research.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, challenge assumptions and recommend optimal hiring approaches.
• Conduct interviews assessing technical expertise, motivation, communication style and cultural fit.
• Ensure a prompt, transparent and respectful candidate experience at every stage.
• Monitor hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Experiment with AI‑driven recruiting tools, automation and new sourcing techniques.
• Stay up‑to‑date on technology trends, talent market shifts and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience for software engineering or technical roles in an international setting.
• Proven ability to reach hard‑to‑find technical candidates across multiple channels.
• Strong interview skills and experience using data and market intelligence to shape hiring decisions.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms and structured hiring workflows.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance sourcing and productivity.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and drive improvements.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and verbal.
