Middle Graphic Designer – Internal Communications

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Middle Graphic Designer to join our Internal Communications team. The role focuses on producing on‑brand visual materials for internal audiences while following EPAM’s established brand guidelines and templates. You will work under the guidance of senior designers and collaborate with communicators and various internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets such as banners, presentation slides, digests, newsletters, and Teams event graphics for internal communication.
• Apply EPAM brand guidelines, templates, and design systems consistently across all materials.
• Adapt Light/Dark Mode presentation templates, master decks, and digest layouts to new content.
• Support and maintain Confluence and Wearecommunity page layouts and visual assets.
• Prepare source files with proper naming, versioning, and documentation.
• Present design drafts, incorporate feedback, and manage recurring production tasks on schedule.

Required profile

• Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint/Office design tools.
• Foundational knowledge of visual design principles, typography, color, and layout.
• Experience working under the guidance of a senior designer and applying established visual identities.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to organize design files, and meet recurring deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating basic visual design and layout skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication (B2 level or higher).
