Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Glovo, you will act as a trusted consultant for top restaurant partners, helping them achieve growth and profitability through data‑driven insights and strategic collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
• Understand partners' business goals and provide strategic guidance.
• Analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
• Accelerate revenue through smart promotions, marketing activations and menu optimisation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customised solutions.
• Own the partner onboarding process in the app, from store setup to the first days of operation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and achieving ambitious goals.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
