Founding Account Executive - Ukraine

About the role

Octocom is looking for a founding commercial leader to launch its AI‑driven customer support solution in Ukraine. You will own the go‑to‑market strategy, build the sales pipeline from scratch and shape the long‑term commercial presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑potential Ukrainian e‑commerce companies, creating qualified opportunities.
• Run the full sales cycle – discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Win and nurture long‑term accounts, supporting early onboarding and gathering market feedback.
• Develop local partnerships with agencies, technology partners and e‑commerce platforms to accelerate growth.
• Test and refine the Ukrainian playbook – segments, messaging, channels and sales approaches – then scale successful tactics.

Required profile

• Strong hunger, ambition and willingness to build a business from the ground up.
• Fluent/native‑level Ukrainian and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development or partnerships, preferably in a fast‑growing startup.
• Comfortable owning the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing senior‑level deals.
• High ownership, independence and bias toward action in a remote, low‑structure environment.

What we offer

• Base salary starting at €2,500 gross per month.
• Uncapped recurring commission – 10% of revenue from every client you close.
