Junior Tax Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Tax Support Specialist to join Nestlé Business Solutions’ finance team in Lviv. The role focuses on preparing tax reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting stakeholders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver regular tax reports (VAT, Intrastat, WHT, local tax) with compliance controls.
• Detect and analyse discrepancies between ledger balances and resolve root causes.
• Monitor tax legislation changes and adapt processes accordingly.
• Communicate with international stakeholders and colleagues.
• Participate in KPI trend analysis and improve processes using methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, Lean, DMAIC.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Accountancy, Finance or International Relations.
• Knowledge of taxes, especially VAT systems.
• Strong analytical, communication and time‑management skills.
• Intermediate English level or higher.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to extract and analyse large volumes of data.
