Travel & Expenses Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Travel & Expenses Accountant to join Nestlé Business Solutions’ finance team in Lviv. You will support employees with travel expense reporting, ensure compliance with Nestlé standards and contribute to process efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist employees with travel expense reporting and audit corporate expense reports using Concur and AI tools.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues from different countries to ensure process efficiency.
• Prepare and analyse Travel & Expenses reports in line with Nestlé standards.
• Reconcile T&E related accounts in SAP.
• Administer corporate credit cards (CitiBank, Amex, etc.).
• Participate in KPI trend analysis, root‑cause investigation and problem solving.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of processes according to defined SLAs.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in International Relations, Economics or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage large data volumes, extract and analyse information.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and good time‑management.
• Adaptability to change and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Intermediate English level or higher.
