Junior Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions in Lviv as a Junior Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist. You will help ensure raw material and product traceability in line with the new EU Deforestation Regulation while working with a multinational team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure traceability of raw materials and products in compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, market import/export teams, distribution centers and the sustainability manager to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and data in SAP, integrating with the Nestlé Supplier Portal and Farmer Connect.
• Support import and export operations by coordinating regulatory compliance with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives by aligning operations with EU deforestation goals and improving traceability practices.

Required profile

• University graduate; a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field is an advantage.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data volumes.
• Team‑player who can work collaboratively across functions.
• Customer‑focused mindset and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
