About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions in Lviv as a Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist, helping ensure traceability of raw materials and products in line with the new EU Deforestation Regulation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure traceability of raw materials and products in compliance with the new EU Deforestation Regulation.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and other departments, including market import/export teams, distribution centers, and the sustainability manager, to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and data in SAP, ensuring smooth integration with Nestlé Supplier Portal and Farmer Connect.
• Support import and export operations by coordinating regulatory compliance with relevant internal and external parties.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives by aligning operations with EU deforestation goals and improving traceability practices.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Team‑player able to work collaboratively.
• Customer‑focused with a professional mindset.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
