Dehulling Operator – Seed Processing

About the role

The Dehulling Operator will run seed‑processing equipment that removes hulls from sunflower and soy seeds. You will work on a rotating day/night shift in a modern agribusiness facility, ensuring smooth production and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dehulling (shearing) machines for sunflower and soy seed processing.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain even loading.
• Check raw material and finished product quality against technical specifications.
• Control process parameters and record data in production logs.
• Identify and resolve minor equipment faults; assist with cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Follow occupational health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Required profile

• Secondary education (high school) or equivalent.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Preferred: technical education and prior production experience.

Required skills

• Operation of seed dehulling equipment.
• Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
