Vendor Master Data Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions in Lviv as a Vendor Master Data Specialist, supporting the processing of material, vendor and customer data in SAP. You will work with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process requests for material, vendor, and customer data in SAP.
• Verify request information against internal instructions and procedures.
• Execute system actions based on review outcomes.
• Communicate with structural divisions and request initiators to gather needed information and provide support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, International Relations, Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Analytical mindset with effective communication and time‑management skills.
• Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
