ESG & CSRD Auditor

About the role

Join PwC SDC Lviv Assurance to work on CSRD and sustainability assurance engagements across Central and Eastern Europe. You will collaborate daily with international teams, combine financial audit skills with sustainability expertise, and develop your business English while staying in Ukraine.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sustainability assurance procedures in line with reporting frameworks, standards and PwC methodology.
• Support planning by understanding client sustainability reporting processes and controls.
• Test sustainability disclosures, KPIs and supporting data, and document findings.
• Analyse sustainability and financial data, flag inconsistencies and unusual trends.
• Prepare clear, accurate documentation meeting PwC quality standards.
• Communicate with international teams, track tasks and support onboarding of junior staff.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in external audit.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Sustainability or related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of accounting and auditing standards.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience performing substantive testing and audit documentation.
• Interest in technology‑enabled auditing, data analytics and AI‑enabled tools.
