Technical Support and Quality Specialist

About the role

As a Technical Support and Quality Specialist you will ensure excellent service delivery and uphold high product quality standards for Electrolux. You will act as the main link between authorized service partners and manufacturing sites, driving operational excellence and enhancing the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to authorized service partners (ASP).
• Monitor and control repair cycle time (RCT) using the claim validation system.
• Conduct product quality control based on feedback from ASPs.
• Administer Electrolux technical applications and the Mobile Engineer Project in Ukraine.
• Optimize service network costs and manage sales fixed‑cost controls.
• Prepare quality reports in collaboration with factories and the quality service team.
• Monitor Ukrainian import technical regulations and ensure compliance.
• Oversee the completion and availability of Branded Warranty Cards in warehouses.
• Process and register customer claims for pre‑sales calls.
• Support the OSS department on projects and new initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Customer Service, Consumer Service, or After‑Sales/Aftermarket Services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of project management (advantageous).
• Good understanding of consumer rights and protection regulations.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
