Team Lead & Technical Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Team Lead to head the Technical Account Management team (4 members) in Kyiv. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on technical account management, driving successful integrations of practice‑management and imaging systems with 3Shape solutions, especially the new API platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration process with partners and resellers, ensuring smooth transition to the new API.
• Act as primary contact for partners, providing technical assistance during implementation and troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Portfolio & Product Strategy and Product Creation to align integration work with product road‑maps.
• Develop and maintain product guidelines for released integrations.
• Manage people responsibilities: 1:1s, performance reviews, development plans, and wellbeing of the TAM team.
• Define team composition, assign roles, and drive strategic alignment with portfolio priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading small technical teams in a B2B SaaS or medical‑technology environment.
• Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to balance hands‑on technical work with people‑management duties.
